Put the Pedal down

Martin and I had decided to go camping and I chose to drive. As we were driving to Wales to the campsite through the twisty winding roads, I was driving quite slow and Martin was making fun of me, but I just didn't want to have any accidents. Well, as we were talking and laughing, all of a sudden, the pedal below my foot pushed itself down, accelerated and the van sped up. I had to push my foot down to get to it! It frightened me and I have never experienced this before but Martin has and has tried to explain it to me when it happened to him, however, it had never happened to him in the van, only the car. We absolutely knew it was Zach and I told him off for doing it!
