So, I'm holding a large annual event next week and I'm doing the final preparations for that today. I was reviewing the agenda with a coworker and we were debating about a particular speaker, his relevance and his timeslot.
On the agenda, which was being displayed on a screen, it showed a brief one line description of his topic and the time he was due to speak.
As my coworker and I were talking about the individual we looked at eachother instead of the screen. When we turned back to the screen the line had changed and a "?" was in the place of the description. We were shocked as what we were discussing was the questionable content of timeslot and the individual who would be presenting.
My Coworker, who knows Zach well, immediately said " Zach do you know something we don't" It's wonderful when someone Knows Zach is still a part of our life, and interacts all time.
10 minutes after this interaction I received an email from the very individual telling me he had misunderstood the timing of the meeting and his flight was due to depart at a similar time I had him in the agenda and he asked if I could move him to a different timeslot. He sent the email at 1.11
