Driving course

Day 230: 3rd December, 2019

One of Zach's friends who is staying with us, told us that when he came home from work the hot water was running in the bathroom sink on very low. We had all been out of the house but asked his girlfriend who was also staying with us if she had been in there but she said no, it wasn’t her. This has happened twice now. Ella came over for dinner and while we were waiting to eat she went up to Zach’s room and laid on his bed. She said she could feel the weight of his arm over her body and she knew he was laying with her. Later on Ella’s dad Darren, rang Martin to tell him he had a driving course today and was nervous about taking it because he had to have an eye test and drive with an instructor for 90 minutes. He got there early so he was not rushed and as he sat there, there was only one other person next to him who was also waiting. In conversation, Darren brought up Zach and his accident. As they started talking to each other, the guy then said “Was that the silver BMW at the Crocky Trail?” Darren confirmed that is was and the guy said he was the one who picked up Zach’s car at the accident scene and took it to the police station compound! Mind you, we live in a town of about 120,000 people so for them to run into each other at a driving course is extremely rare. From that point on, Darren knew Zach was with him.
